职位描述
The task includes Backlog management and allocation coordination in
order to guarantee the best service to the customers and best return of
profit.
Responsibility
1) To coordinate the Business Management activities.
2) To coordinate the forecasting activities in cooperation with Sales, Division and Central Demand management organization.
3) Distributors Stock, POP and POS monitoring and backlog management are under the incumbent responsibility.
4) To generate and manage the price reference for Distributors (DCPL, MPP).
5) To define and implement business growth programs for Mass Market customers operating via Distribution Channel in strong cooperation with PND Divisions
6) Market data collection/elaboration.
Requirement
Deep understanding of power electronics applications in the automotive /industry field
Track record of successful implementation of new product business plan or major design-in
Experience in design-in activities with WW customers
Extensive knowledge of Power Transistors and rectifiers
Team building, open minded, business oriented, active listening, able to interface with customer and company stakeholders, self-initiative, self-motivating, prepared to continue changing, learning and growing.
English business proficiency
Microsoft tool ability
