Senior Sales Manager

1. Have a good understanding of competitors in the market then submit the suggestion to management team in order to manage sales and marketing strategy within whole of market to achieve maximum results.

2. Achieve Sales Targets and Budgets as defined by company.

3. Be responsible for negotiation with customers on business terms in the best interest of the company and organize the technical discussion with customers together with technical Dept. if necessary.

4. Build key customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Ensure promotion of and selling of our products and services of assigned product line.

6. Achieve Sales Targets and Budgets as defined by company.

7. Keep tracking of the contract delivery status and provide active support.

8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics coders.

Job Responsibility:

1. College degree, with good English skill.

2. Be very familiar with southeast Asia petrochemical market and companies.

2. About 5 years related experience in charge of sales in conveying and loading industry.

3. Rich experience and technical background for sales.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Competence to negotiation.

6. Winning personality with power of persuasion.

7. High flexibility.

8. Ability to work independently and work under pressure.
