项目工程师（小家电领域/SDA）

核心职责

-协同各区域及供应商，统一产品性能测试标准。

-与设计师、供应商共同审核色彩、材质与工艺（CMF）方案，确保产品操作逻辑与模具清单及设计方案保持一致。

-审核并优化产品内部结构，确保其满足量产需求及相关合规要求。

-在产品开发初期阶段，开展产品初步测试与评估工作。

-处理项目相关的所有技术问题，涵盖加热类、电机驱动类及饮品制作类（小型厨房电器）产品。

-在项目各关键节点，对产品性能、功能及技术参数进行评估。

-协同产品团队与供应商推进项目开发工作。

-遵循项目进度计划，并向主管汇报项目进展。

任职要求

-优先考虑持有电气工程、电子工程、机械工程或制造工程相关专业的本科或专科文凭者。

-申请家用小型厨房电器项目工程师岗位，需具备 5 年及以上与小型厨房电器（SDA）产品相关的扎实工作经验。

-熟悉各市场质量标准，包括美国市场的 UL 标准，以及欧洲市场的 GS、CE、EMC（电磁兼容性）和 RoHS（限制有害物质）标准。

-具备流利的中英文口语及书面表达能力。

-需前往东南亚地区的工厂出差。

-能够在多任务并行、工期紧张的高压环境下开展工作。

-性格外向，具备独立工作能力，工作勤奋且愿意承受工作压力。

-熟练掌握计算机操作技能，尤其精通微软办公软件（MS Office）及二维 / 三维绘图软件（如 AutoCAD、SolidWorks、ProE）。

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sourcing Director, SDA, this Project Engineer assists with all engineering tasks required to develop and launch small kitchen appliances for the global market.

Key Responsibilities

-Align the performance testing standard with Regional and supplier.

-Review the CMF with designer / supplier to make sure operation logic match with the tooling list and design.

-Review & optimize the product internal construction for production and fit for compliance.

-Conduct initial testing and evaluation during the initial product stage.

-Handle all technical issues related to the project – Heating / Motor Driven /Beverage

-Evaluate product performance, features, and specifications at each project milestone.

-Coordinate with the product team and suppliers for project development.

-Follow the project schedule and report to the Supervisor

Profile

-Holder of University Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical OR manufacturing Engineering is preferable

-For Household Project Engineer Position, 5 years or more solid experience in relation to SDA products

-Familiar in quality standards according to UL for US market and GS, CE, EMC & RoHS for European Market,

-Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English

-Travel to factories in Southeast Asia is required

-Can work under pressure with multi-task and tight schedule

-Outgoing, independent, hardworking and willing to work under pressure

-Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Office and 2D/3D drawing (AutoCAD, Solidworks, ProE)
