Senior Sourcing Engineer

1.Map the sourcing strategy by commodity

2.Develop and qualify suppliers according to sourcing strategy

3.Material cost analysis and cost reduction according to annual budget

4.Draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts with suppliers

5.Hold the accountability for the efficient procurement of goods and services with competitive bidding, negotiation and agreements

6.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to ensure best value from suppliers will be achieved

7.Identify new suppliers and maintain existing supplier relationships

8.Manage RFQ process through preparation, analysis and contract negotiations

9.Ensure that the best value, mitigated financial risk and fiscal diligence are achieved for all projects and purchases assigned.

Education &Skill:

1.Bachelor or above, majority engineering (The *** academic prefers

211)

2.Fluent English both in written and oral

3.Good at cost breakdown and cost analysis

4.Excellent reporting skill (PPT, Excel)

5.Strong sense of commercial (Familiar with drafting contract, risk control, etc.)

6.Rich experience with global projects and have good sense of global SCM strategy

7.Good interface with SCM peers from leading company as well as internal cross function teams

8.Rich resource of electrical parts, brand parts (pneumatic components, hydraulic components, valve, PLC, motor, etc.)

9.More than 10years working experience, and over 8years on sourcing in foreign-funded enterprise (German company would be preferred)
