Role Statement:
The Agreement Pricing Analyst Position is responsible for conducting agreement pricing analysis, evaluating agreement related price requests and run DOA process, track contract performance and support management to ensure the overall profitability of direct billing clients by utilizing all TE pricing systems and resources.
Key Tasks/ Roles :
61 Assist Agreement Pricing Manager with business and market analytics for direct customer bids / RFQ’s by performing strategic pricing analysis and overall profitability analysis of the business opportunity
61 Support new program negotiations and collaborate with customer focus teams to align strategies
61 Perform Pre-Bid analysis and consolidate data for the evaluation of RFQ’s and proposals
61 Report via scorecard and tracking software, compliance to agreement volume requirements and track overall agreement performance in the business unit
61 Ensure proper commercial documentation of all performance “backend” programs and incentives on agreements along with their terms and conditions (volume rebates, scale programs, price guarantees, etc.)
61 Assist in conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews for agreement portfolio with Sales and Product Management Teams
Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
Required:
61 Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering
61 2 Years of applicable pricing/commercial analysis experience
61 Understanding of complex bid/RFQ processes
61 Self-motivated and effectively manages one’s time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently
61 Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution
61 Strong PC abilities: expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spread-sheet applications is required
61 Green Belt Certification is a plus
61 Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software also a plus

61 On time delivery and quality of reports and tasks
61 Improvement and or reduction of customer portfolio price and margin variation
61 100% of Agreements Renewed on Time
61 Reduction and elimination of redundant agreements and contracts (consolidation)

61 Excellent analytical skills and capability
61 Exceptional organization skill and detail oriented
61 Knowledge of systems and excel skills. Heavy user of pivot tables and other spread-sheet like applications
61 Flexibility to assume workloads which necessitate adjustment of priorities
61 Strong organizational skills for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
61 Solid business acumen
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
61 Fluent English to work with global teams
