61 Make Quality analysis of key existing and new ranges and execution of corrective actions to anticipate quality issues.

61 Do Problem Solving through 6 sigma, 8D or similar issues found to fully correct and prevent root causes from re-occurring.

61 Oversee the Management and leadership of external (factory QCs) and internal PQC resources efficiently, on budget to achieve the overall quality target. Inc but not limited to training, coaching, in latest quality tools and techniques

61 Act as Key member of the Supply Chain team. Trusted advisor to Sourcing and PD Directors on quality matters

- 具备10年以上质量控制或质量管理经验，特别是在箱包，服装等行业优先。

- 熟悉ISO

9001、GMP等国际质量管理体系标准。

- 出色的领导能力和团队管理能力，能够激励和指导团队成员。

- 强大的沟通技巧，能够有效地与跨部门同事合作。

- 良好的解决问题的能力和决策能力，能够在高压环境下保持冷静。

- 英语听说读写流利，具备良好的文档撰写能力。
