Production Planner 生产计划

1. Production schedule management

Responsible for production planning, ensure the completion of production scheduling and on time delivery.

Maintain the production plan with restrict facts (missing parts, capacity, space, etc ), update SAP’s data based on plan

Join new project’s kickoff meeting if needed

Coordinate with other functions

2. Production capacity management

Monthly or weekly capacity plan, balance workload, make sure capacity meet workload with high utilization.

Production capacity simulation based on project forecast

3. Material management

Follow up material availability, make sure the production plan run smoothly.

Tacking and solving longer term material and missing parts.

Supporting on production process issue’s, make sure the production is under control.

Support on Inventory control

4. KPI collect and improve

5. Other tasks assign by leader

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Educational: Bachelor

2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level

3. Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress
