职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain, and continuously optimize the company’s end-to-end quality management system (including ISO
9001), SOPs, and OQC inspection standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
2. Lead QC team training and performance management; oversee supplier quality agreement enforcement, factory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Implement quality standards across the product lifecycle (design review, sample validation, mass production); lead cross-functional (Design/Purchasing/Sales) risk assessment and solution development.
4. Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 5Why/8D) for critical customer complaints; drive corrective actions with internal/external stakeholders and verify effectiveness.
5. Analyze industry quality trends and technical standards; provide data-driven insights for product design, process innovation, and quality cost optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management; CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency for business communication.
2. Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing quality management, including 3+ years leading teams; Expertise in hotel supplies/art crafts/home goods (metal/ceramic/textile/wood) production and testing standards;
Proven experience in supply chain quality management and cross-cultural collaboration (exposure to French enterprises preferred).
3. Technical Skills: Mastery of ISO 9001 and core quality tools (QC 7 Tools/SPC/APQP/FMEA); Proficient in testing equipment and technical drawing analysis (basic CAD); Expertise in supply chain risk control and customer complaint resolution.
4. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and stress management skills; open to domestic travel.
一、岗位职责
1. 建立、维护并持续优化公司全流程质量管理体系(含ISO 9001)、SOP及OQC出货检验标准,确保合规性与有效性;
2. 领导QC团队技能培训与绩效管理;主导供应商质量协议执行监督、验厂审核及持续改进计划;
3. 从设计评审、样品验证到大货生产,制定品质标准,主导跨部门(设计/采购/销售)质量风险评估及解决方案;
4. 主导重大客诉的根因分析(如5Why/8D),协调内外部资源推动整改,闭环验证并预防复发;
5. 分析行业质量趋势与技术标准,为产品设计、工艺改进及质量成本优化提供决策支持。
二、任职资格:
1. 教育背景本科及以上学历,机械、材料、工业工程或质量管理相关专业;英语CET-4或同等水平,可商务沟通。
2. 经验要求5年以上制造业质量管理经验,3年团队管理经验;
3.熟悉酒店用品/工艺品/家居产品(金属/陶瓷/纺织品/木制品)生产工艺与检测标准,具备供应链质量管理及跨文化协作经验;
4.专业技能:精通ISO 9001及核心质量工具(QC七大手法、8D报告),熟练运用检测设备及图纸分析(CAD基础),精通供应链质量风险控制及客诉处理流程;
5. 软实力:卓越的逻辑分析、跨部门协调能力及抗压能力;接受偶尔国内出差。
工作时间:9:15-13:00 14:00-18:15 周末双休
