A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

- Make sure accounting book abide by US/PRC GAAP, Tax regulation and HQ requirement

- Handling Cash flow forecast;

- Prepare AR/AP aging reports analysis and handle long aged items

- Review Declaration of export tax refund and relevant supporting files;

- Handling overhead/freight/custom allocation and cost analysis;

- Responsible for reviewing account entries, finance/tax reports and MEC

- Preparing monthly functional reports and uploading to OneStream

- Perform TB review & BS Flux Analysis

- Prepare Government Statistic Reports

- Support operation team on Ad Hoc requests

- Support internal/external audit on BS review and FCPA/SOX

- Manage bank account open/close/change

- Consolidate and manage periodic bank report on company cash platform

- Manage cash pool report and coordinate inter-company cash pool issues

- Develop and maintain bank relationship and financing credit lines, renew banking facilities as needed

- Work closely with EU treasury team on cross – border cash pool transactions, fund transfer, netting bookkeeping, hedging arrangement

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting

2. Minimal 5 years general accounting management/supervisory experiences with foreign invested manufacturing industry companies

3. Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred

4. Hands-on experience in major ERP system and Office (Excel, Word etc.)

5. Onestream skills will be preferred

6. Good written and spoken in English and Japanese/Korean.
