Take lead in new connectors development and qualification in E-Mobility level.

- 支持报价项目连接器选型，从技术和成本角度(结合采购部门)给出最优方案。

Support connector selection in quotation projects, provide best technical solution considering cost information.

- 参与不同产品线的客户项目，解决连接器相关的技术问题。

Take part in customer projects from different product lines, lead connectors problem solving.

- 创建并维护公司内部本土连接器数据库和供应商选型手册。

Create and maintain local connectors database and suppliers catalogue.

- 与连接器供应商密切合作，深入把握连接器市场的技术趋势，进行竞品分析。

Tight cooperate with connectors suppliers, keep tracking of market trend, carry out benchmark activity.

Qualifications:

- 本科或以上学历，机械或材料相关专业背景。Bachelor degree or above with mechanical or material background.

- 精通英语(口头和书面)。Proficient in English (both oral and written).

- 三年以上连接器开发经验，熟悉相关行业标准，精通注塑和冲压工艺。More than three years’ connector development experience, familiar with related standard. Proficient in molding and stamping process.

- 熟悉连接器工作原理，性能特点，失效模式以及在乘用车上的应用。Knowledge of connectors’ working principle, function, failure mode and application in passenger vehicle.

- 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，拥有快速学习能力。Outstanding communication skill and good team-work spirit, good fast learning ability.
