Job Description--
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in Game and Game System Design to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with a passion for the gaming industry to grow and contribute to the development of innovative and engaging games and game systems.
Responsibilities--
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and user requirements for game and game system projects.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive and accurate information.
Documentation:
Transform user requirements into clear and concise technical documents.
Create detailed documentation outlining system specifications, functionality, and design.
Graphical Presentation:
Develop visually appealing graphical presentations to convey complex concepts and ideas.
Utilize simple mock-up drawing tools to create wireframes and prototypes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and understanding of requirements.
Analysis and Evaluation:
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions on game and game system design.
Requirement--
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst is a plus but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using simple mock-up drawing tools is a plus.
