核心职责:
1.全面负责印度、中东直销业务拓展,制定贴合目标市场的直销策略,驱动销售目标达成;
2.通过直销模式(如线下推广、社群运营、客户面对面沟通等)建立稳定客群,提升产品在知名度与复购率;
3.分析目标市场小家电消费习惯、市场动态及直销渠道特性,优化销售方式,及时反馈市场需求以助力产品适配性调整。
任职资格:
1.具备丰富的小家电产品销售经验,熟悉直销模式者优先
2.拥有良好的英文沟通能力,能顺畅对接俄方团队,确保产品信息、需求反馈高效传递;
3.具备出色的客户开拓能力、谈判技巧和结果导向思维,能独立推进直销业务落地。
Core Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively responsible for direct sales business development in India and the Middle East, formulating direct sales strategies tailored to target markets, and driving the achievement of sales targets.
2.Through direct sales mode (such as offline promotion, community operation, face-to-face customer communication, etc.) to establish a stable customer base, to enhance Brand awareness and repurchase rate;
3.Analyse the consumption habits of small household appliances, market dynamics and direct sales channel characteristics of the target market, optimize sales methods, and provide timely feedback on market demand to help adjust product suitability.
Qualifications:
1.Have rich sales experience in small household appliances, familiar with direct sales mode is preferred.
2. Have good English communication skills, can smoothly docking Russian team, to ensure product information, demand feedback efficiency.
3.Have excellent customer development ability, negotiation skills and results-oriented thinking, can independently promote direct sales business landing
