Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1）MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS 市场与传播

-To support the MAC team for the content creation and execution of the school

communication channels including news and social media

-To support to work with media and agencies

-Be responsible for overseeing the photos and video contents

-Be responsible for shooting and retouching school activity photos

-Be responsible for shooting and editing of school activity videos

-Be responsible for organizing and archiving activity images and videos

-Support school and marketing activities

-协助支持学校全平台（微信、视频号、小红书、抖音等）的内容创作和运营

-协助支持负责第三方媒体合作

-学校活动照片拍摄及修图

-学校活动视频拍摄及剪辑制作

-活动图片和视频整理归档

-学校活动和市场活动支持

2）SUPPORT ADMISSIONS TEAM ON ADMISSIONS ADMIN RELATED WORKS 支持招生

-Assisting database maintenance

-Assisting in marketing and admissions events

-Assisting contacting and receiving prospective families when admissions team

needed

3）COMMUNICATION 内外部沟通

-To ensure that good communication is maintained with all parties. 确保内外部顺畅沟通

Personal Specifications 任职要求：

-Hold a bachelor degree or above.

-Willing to work overtime when required.

-Work or intern experience of having worked within a service delivery sector,

education sector.

-Professional skills in photography, videography, shooting, and post

production editing

-Good English proficiency

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Good time management skills.

-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports

and presentations.

-Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with

diverse nationalities and cultures.

-Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and

quantify success.

-Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against

identified KPIs.
