PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance team to sustain and enhance plant facilities reliability, assure the efficiency in best performance, improve maintenance cost saving, training and managing maintenance employees with TPM implementation to give plant operations cross-functional supports in safe and environmental manner.

Reports to: The position reports to plant leader.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Maintenance Leadership

61 Lead comprehensive and strict WES-JHA executions for safe maintenance works under OC 4 Work Rules cooperated with plant cross functions including projects.

61 Plant Level Leadership and Implementation of C6 (Critical

6) LTT (Lock, Tag and Try) on basis of cross functional membership, not limited to administrative and engineering solutions.

61 Prioritization of EHS hazards elimination in daily management

Ensuring Maintenance Reliability

61 Implement the detailed, effective and proactive PM (Preventive Maintenance) to sustain and enhance Plant Facility Reliability.

61 Coach and manage the whole maintenance team to assure the daily maintenance operations and tasks timely and efficiently support operation functions.

61 Secure Emergency system and Utility readiness through internal and external communications, drills and regular overhauls and loaded test run for applicative equipment.

Ensuring Maintenance Efficiency

61 Plan and Execute RWP (Reliability Work Process) and TPM steps for long term facility reliability on organized fashion.

61 Lead Focus Improvement, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance (establishment of machine conditions that will not allow the occurrence of defects on product quality) and Education & Training.

61 Make Maintenance WES-JHA (work procedures and job hazards analysis) properly and timely updated with regular training, to make sure technicians are fully skillful both on technique and safety

Managing Maintenance Cost

61 Control the maintenance expenditure within the budget

61 Manage company assets and facility

61 Manage MRO (spare parts) and consumables with safety and operational stock controls

61 Lead the plant infrastructure and energy solutions, optimize energy balance and utility usage

61 Deploy Energy savings tasks plant-wide

Developing Maintenance Resources Development

61 Maintain maintenance resources behavior fully complied with OC foundation, Values and Corporation.

61 Maintain maintenance resources fully skillful for multi-functional assignments capable for expertise.

61 Develop the competences and behaviors through organized internal and external programs and trainings.

61 Keep the resources competent and execute to revise WES-JHA on regular basis

61 Ensure troubleshooting and problem-solving through internal maintenance and outsourced services in time

Leading Projects Management

61 Plan and execute the yearly and middle term plant projects

61 Lead Focus Improvement of TPM through past practices, best practices and advanced engineering

61 Control engineering and project expenditures under budget

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

61 Bachelor Degree or above major in Engineering or Science

EXPERIENCE:

61 More than 10 years on maintenance or equipment management experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

61 Rich experiences in TPM or PM

61 Rich knowledge on electrical or industry automation control

61 Strong leaderships and communication, coordination, coach skills

61 Fluent in oral and written English

61 Open to Challenges and Changes

61 Analytic and statistical insight
