Your key responsibilities include:

61 Develop management and annual maintenance plan;

61 IFM engineering team management;

61 Data management and updates in space/IFM management system;

61 Contribute to UNNC projects when required, especially to involve in electromechanical related parts in projects;

61 Complete other works required by head of department.

About You

61 You should have electrical integration/mechanical design and manufacturing, bachelor degree or above, master degree would be ideal;

61 You should have more than 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and 10KV power distribution room operation management;

61 You should have good command of both English and Chinese;

61 Mechanical and electrical related major, senior or above certificate;
