BBMQA Technician

Higer production process and offline quality check according to Scania standard

Coordinate with bodybuilder for the works above to make sure deliveries are on time

Work with bodybuilder production/process/technical/quality for quality improvement and problem solving

Handle Scania daily documents and job orders

Handle Scania chassis problems during production,

Make sure all chassis recall /campaigns and modification are done

In charge of chassis deviation report to factory, chassis parts ordering and invoicing flow

Keep the communication with Scania technical department and report technical issues to the factory

Abide Scania company policy

Implement other jobs company given

按照斯堪尼亚标准操作执行BBMQA/BQI(客车车身制造质量保证)

按照斯堪尼亚标准操作执行车辆交付检查PDI，包括轮轴定位的调整

根据斯堪尼亚标准对海格生产过程及下线车辆进行质量检查

与车身制造商协调已完成上述工作，确保车辆按时交付

与车身制造商的生产/工艺/技术/质量部门协调，以改进质量并解决问题

处理日常斯堪尼亚文件和工作单据

操作处理生产制造过程中斯堪尼亚底盘的问题

确保完成底盘的召回改进和底盘更改工作

负责向工厂提交底盘偏差报告、底盘零件订购和发票流程

与斯堪尼亚技术部保持技术沟通并反馈工厂技术问题

遵守斯堪尼亚公司政策

执行公司分配的其他工作
