职位描述

Mission:
Manage sales team to deliver quantitative sales KPI and managerial KPI in Chengdu Brand Centre
Help the store to control Opex and personnel cost at reasonable level
Handle all kinds of daily operation issue, work with AP department to focus on product planning, category sell-
thru driving & stock turn controlling.
Work with all function team on improving Training, ISC,VM & operation standard
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
61 Plan Stores objectives with Brand Center Director
61 Plan training and management of store retail teams
61 Plan actions plans to reach targeted KPI’s
Management
61 Manage delivery of retail KPI’s (qualitative and quantitative) in his/her responsible category.
61 Coordinate own stores actions plans and interactions
61 Pro-actively analyse sell-through figures and develop action plans with stores managers to achieve productivity and image targets
61 Manage stocks delivery, replenishment & inventory control in division level together with BC store manager
61 Manage Sales division data collection efficiency and accuracy
61 Pro-active management of Sales ambassadors performance and customer interaction best practices together with store manager to ensure best sales results
61 Deliver Brand Center retail financial KPI’s
61 Manage Brand center retail KPI’s and tracking/reporting systems.
Training and Development
61 Recommends to training department training and development needs for own retail
61 Ensure quality of efficiency of training within BC retail together with Store Mgr
KPI:
Brand Center retail business KPI’s
Image/consumers satisfaction KPIs.
Staff turnover and satisfaction KPI’s
Personnel cost and Opex KPI’s Customization service and product KPI’s Training cooperation KPI’s
Experience / Skills Required
61 Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in flagship store division management

Knowledge / Experience
61 Minimum of 8 years experience in a retail multinational company

61 English fluency and Mandarin fluency
61 High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products
