职位描述

工作职责:
1. Reach sales target in duty area.
达成销售目标;
2. Further extend sales and reach individual target.
进一步扩展销售,达成个人销售业绩;
3. Promote BCS products. And BARTEC full rang products in OEM and project.
负责博太科应负责项目内所有产品的推广;
4. Close working with clients, as well as Sinopec Design Institutes(DIs) and International Engineering Co., in Duty area. Increase BARTEC product specific rating in these customer groups.
与客户合作,增加产品在客户群中的评级;
5. Digging and developing the new BCS End-user groups in duty area.
挖掘新客户,开发与建立新用户群;
6. Find potential BCS distributors in duty area.
挖掘潜在供应商;
7. Acting as an important bridge between BARTEC IMS and Chinese customers. To ensure the correct understanding and application of the commercial policy。
在博太科与其客户间扮好友好桥梁的角色,确保沟通顺利与理解,熟练应用相应的商业政策。
8. Build up BARTEC OEM/project platform and updated on time. Handing in monthly.
建立起OEM/项目的平台,每月及时更新;
9. Plan the weekly customer visit planning. Completing the customer visit report filing system.
有效安排每星期的客户拜访,并做好记录;
10. To ensure prompt and collect payment from duty clients.
确认并追踪客户应付款项;
11. Know, understand and follow close the evolution of duty market and circulate information to BARTEC, and hand in the monthly report on time.
清楚掌握各种有效信息,按时上交月报;
资质:
1. 工作热情、努力,善于团队合作;
2. 有1~2年以上产品销售工作经验(涉及电伴热、油品分析仪等);
3. 英文CET-4或以上;
4. 有基础防爆知识和对防爆许可证有一定了解。
