What you will be responsible for:
61 Strategic Leadership: Work together with VP Operations to formulate and execute HR strategies that are aligned with business goals. Oversee the development and execution of initiatives that enhance our human capital, ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped to drive sustainable growth and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
61 Change Management: Spearhead and manage organizational change initiatives across various department. Leverage your expertise in changing management methodologies to effectively communicate the vision, objectives, and benefits of change to employees at all levels. Proactively address resistance, facilitate smooth transitions, and cultivate a culture of agility and innovation within the organization.
61 Talent Management: Take charge of the entire talent management lifecycle, from attracting top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies to onboarding, developing, and retaining high-performing employees. Design and implement performance management processes, succession planning programs, and career development pathways that empower our employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the company's success.
61 Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to both employees and managers, providing expert guidance on employment policies, procedures, and best practices. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving conflicts effectively, and promoting a harmonious and inclusive work environment.
61 HR Operations: Optimize and streamline HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee the management of payroll, benefits administration, and HR information systems, leveraging technology to enhance the overall HR service delivery.
About you:
61 University degree (preferably in Human Resources Management or Administration Management).
61 Excellent written and spoken skills in English are required.
61 Extensive knowledge of MS Office products (teams, word, excel, power point). Basic knowledge of SAP.
61 Logical mind set and detail oriented.
61 10 years of HR experience in the MFG Industry. with at least 8 years in a leadership role within a multinational company.
61 Strong Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and cooperation with functional leaders at all levels of the organization.
61 Change Management expertise: Experience in managing organizational change initiatives, with a deep understanding of change management theories, models, and tools. Proven track record of successful driving changes and achieving desired outcomes in a multinational environment.
61 HR Leadership experience: a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership position within a multinational company. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse HR teams, drive organizational performance, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
61 Business Partner mindset: Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the company's sustainable development. Support business development with professional HR solutions.
