2. 在项目启动阶段，领导设计工程项目组检查所有高级文件/规范；深刻理解客户需求。

3. 领导工程项目组澄清所有工程相关信息并发布,按时设计工程文件。如DMFEA， BOM， FEA, DV/PV Plan, CC/SC,DFM/DMA，TA（技术协议）等等。

4. 对于设计方案，与设计工程团队一起制定基准、设计概念、工程解决方案；

5. 设计评审，与客户沟通，解决工程问题等；

6. 参与供应商的采购工作，支持采购团队寻找合适的供应商，释放所有的工程潜在供应商和指定供应商的相关文件。识别供应商的问题并告知SQE团队。

7. 负责定义和监督开发过程和程序的遵从性,确保所有活动符合内部和客户的要求。

8. 领导工程组完成并跟踪所有工程相关工作，支持项目成功发射。

9. 建立工程问题跟踪表，跟踪并解决所有工程相关问题，并向上级汇报情况,定期管理。

10.领导团队实施和维护工程目标和计划。

如DV/PV P&R， AAR审核与批准，产品审核，尺寸审核与批准等,

11.与项目经理一起组织OTS样品的生产和交付所需的生产和产品物理验证活动。

12. 针对每个指定项目，建立工程KPI跟踪状态，确保KPI达到。

13.协助完成内部其他部门的工程相关要求。

14. 领导、监督和指导设计工程组员工的工作。

15.了解产品工程师的所有要求。

Product Engineeing Supervisor

61 Work as group engineering leader for specified program, fully responsible for the quality and on time

of product development.

61 Lead the design engineering program group to check all advanced document/specification at program kick off phase,

Deeply understand the requirement from customer.

61 Lead the engineering program group to clarify all engineering related information and release all

design engineering document on time. Such as DMFEA, BOM, FEA ,DV/PV Plan, CC/SC,DFM/DMA,

TA(Technical Agreement) and so on.

61 For design program, work with design engineering team for Benchmark, Design Concept, engineering solution,

61 Design Review, Communicate with customer, Engneering issue resolving and so on;

61 Participate the supplier sourcing work, support the purchase team to find proper suppliers, release all engineering

related document to potential and nominated suppliers.Identify and inform the issues of supplier to SQE team.

61 Responsible for defining and overseeing compliance to development processe and procedures, and

ensuring that all activities meet internal and customer requirements.

61 Lead the engineering group to complete and tracking all engineering related work, support the Program

successful launch.

61 Build engineering issue tracking list, track and resolve all engineering related issues, and report the status to

61 Manager regularly.

61 Lead the group to implement and maintain engineering objectives and initiatives. Such as DV/PV P&R, AAR

Review and Approval, Product Review, Dimensional audit and approval, and so on

61 Work together with Program Manager to organize the OTS samples manufacture and deliver as customer

requiredmanufacture and product physical validation activity.

61 For each specified program, set up the engineering KPI tracking the status, ensure to meet the KPI.

61 Support to complete the engineering related requirement from other department internally.

61 Lead, monitor and direct the work of design engineering group staff.

61 With all requirements about Product Engineer.

Requirements:

61 Autonomous with 7 years experience, Knowledge of OEM, Technical background, Business orientated

61 Bachelor’s degree

61 English : Fluent

61 Familiar with UG-NX and/or CATIA software
