Responsibilities:
- Follow routines in AP0301 “Contract Review”
- Carry out sales according to the Company policy
- Develop New Qualified customer in responsible sales area
- Support customer with technical training
- Support customer in responsible sales area with local product presentations
- Support and when so is needed participate in the customers negotiation for important projects within the sales area
- Support customer in the responsible sales area with after-sales service
- Timely report and update reporting according to the Company's routines
- To be engaged in the sales areas market and needs on the market and to transfer this information to the Company according company routines
- Develop the market in the responsible sales area for Ostbergs complete product range, Energy Recovery Rotor
- Keep close contact with internal to understand the status of delivery, account receivable etc.
- Follow up Sales Orders from ordering to Commissioning
- Establishing good and long-term relationship with all customers, incl. but not limited to the distributors, OEM, and Air-handling Unit companies.
- Carrying out and implementing sales promotion in designing institute
- Attend exhibition or any promotional events approved/designated by the company
- Timely reporting of daily, weekly and monthly report according to company policy from time to time.
- To be active in building strong team work spirit
Authorities:

- To develop customer in the responsible sales area according the Company policy

- To perform daily sales work in best possible way to develop Ostberg Product range in the responsible sales area
- To build up a strong competitive network of customer in the responsible sales area
- To build up a strong awareness at the customer of the complete product range
- To build up a strong awareness of Ostberg product range and get Ostberg product range as an accepted brand in all main design institutes in its sales area.
- To report competitors’ marketing activities in a timely manner
- To report market trends in a timely manner
