产品经理（热塑）

1.Communicate with customer and understand the real request then prepare the corresponding technical proposals and cost estimation. 与客户沟通，理解真实产品需求，并准备相应的技术方案及成本核算

2.Lead the process (mainly thermoplastic process, like thermoforming, overmolding) development to manufacture new products and meet performance requirements; 主导工艺开发（热塑成型工艺为主，比如热塑模压、二次注塑），以制造新产品并满足性能要求;

3.Manage the cooperation among the project team, like design team, tooling team and others, and ensure the project output can meet the requirements for quality, cost and time; 管理支持项目团队间（包括产品设计团队、模具团队等）的合作，确保项目成果满足质量、成本、时间的要求；

4.Compile technical reports and handle related technical documents, like Working Instruction, PFMEA, Lesson Learned etc. 编制技术报告并处理相关技术文件，如作业指导书，PFMEA, 经验教训等；

5.Develop the material supply chain for pellets and cooperate with key suppliers. 开发塑料粒子的供应链，并与其中关键的供应商开展合作；

6.Present project reports within the project team or publicly; 在项目团队内或公开展示讲解项目报告。

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor or in Composite Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering; 复合材料工程，材料工程，机械工程或汽车工程学士;

2.At least 5-years-experience in thermoplastic composite material processing (hands-on working experience in thermoforming or overmolding process is preferable); 至少5年的热塑性复合材料加工经验（热塑模压&二次注塑的实践工作经验者优先）;

3.Having an intermediate to advanced level of practice in controlled processing of thermoplastic composite material systems and maintaining & operating the related equipment; 具有中等至高级的热塑性复合材料系统控制加工实践，并维护和操作相关设备;

4.Having an advanced understanding in the science and engineering of the thermoplastic composites manufacturing process, reinforcements structure and the performance properties; 对热塑复合材料制造工艺，增强结构和性能特性有深入的了解;

5.Having an intermediate level of practice in data management & statistical process control; 具有数据管理和统计过程控制的中级实践;

6.Having basic skills ofCAD and/or CATIA to read the drawing and to analyse the product; 具备CAD和/或CATIA的基本技能，可以阅读图纸并分析产品;

7.Project experience with automotive industry is preferable; 有汽车行业的项目经验优先考虑;

8.Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; 良好的分析能力，解决问题能力和决策能力;

9.Project management competence and implementation strength; 项目管理能力和实施能力;

10.Sovereign communication at all levels of cooperation; 各层级间的主动沟通.
