Quality Engineer

1. Perform *** check to monitor, control quality risk of new project

2. Report the design risk and follow up the improve actions until close

3. New project sample run onsite check and co-work ENG

4. Organize the New project pilot run, handle the prepare and review meeting, can judgement new project risk.

5. Incoming material and process quality monitoring; Quality issue handling, like quarantine case, rework issue and material issue;

6. Deal with customer complaint and improve the quality issues with team members

7. Make product quality plan and IPQC&OQA inspection standard for new project

8. Organize design quality subject meeting and push quality improvement

9. Report relevant quality monthly data for project improvement

10. Be familiar 8D

11. Lead the big issue to improve well

12. Other Tasks assigned from directly supervisor/manager

13. Be familiar with (S/D/P)FMEA workshop for new project

Requirements:

- Familiar with project management process

- 5 years of experience in project quality management

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken for English

- Quality statistical methods and quality tools

- Quality system experience (including ISO9000 series)

- Strong capability on problem analysis and solving

- Good communication and presentation skill

- Familiar with quality standards and requirements of PCBA product process

- Positive, carefully and strong responsibilities
