职位描述

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve given sales objectives.
Responsible for the management of assigned key accounts and improve the KA channel operation to meet required standards. Based on sales and performance data, coordinate and work with regional sales team to help customers improve their operation capability and sales related KPI to achieve the sales target jointly.
Plan and implement the overall business and sales plan for the assigned KAs to achieve all targets.
Plan and implement marketing programs in conjunction with the marketing department to advance the KA business and be responsible for related KPI.
Plan, manage, coordinate and control each work stream under a KA project to make sure every work stream effectively complete task within given time to meet customers' service level expectation; provide overall assessment and improvement plan for the project.
Build and maintain relationships with all key PCMO & HDEO ecosystem stakeholders, Online-to-Offline (O2O) platforms, non-conventional channel players and potential channel partners through an excellent understanding of the PCMO & HDMO and passenger car & truck aftermarket space.
Network with key relevant players and potential customers at industry forums, exhibitions, and seminars to keep abreast of market and industry trends and digital insights to position Chevron as the partner of choice.
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

在行业论坛、展览和研讨会上与主要相关参与者和潜在客户建立联系,了解市场和行业趋势以及数字洞察力,将雪佛龙定位为合作伙伴
完成主管安排的其他工作
Job Requirements :
Rich car aftermarket knowledge and experience in managing workshops through SPs or distributors
Result orientated
College graduate is mandatory
Minimum 8 years sales or BD work experiences, 2 years of KA and channel management experience
Working experience in lubricant field will be a plus
Solid skills on selling negotiation and communication, as well as B2B experience
Fluent in English and Chinese
