Liaising with TSSR to analyse painting issues and can conduct DOE to find out root causes and solutions.

Collaborations with suppliers, customers and OEMs

Set up QC specifications and work with production team to ensure the specifications are achievable.

Work with production team to ensure formulation’s accuracy and workability.

Understand market needs and can conduct feasibility analysis, can further to set up product development items.

Work with sales and product stewardship team to initiate and complete related technical reports, including TDS, MSDS etc.

Periodically review current product offerings and modify them based on customers’ needs.

任职要求：

Bachelor degree

> 3 years in paint formulation filed, familiar with 1K/2K, PU/UV, SB/WB system.

Data analysis and evaluation of product performance; product application processes testing; QC testing

Familiar with customers’ specifications.
