1. Lead the continuous improvement of 5SVM. 20%

2. Identify opportunities for improvements and complete the identified key processing/workshop improvements. 20%

3. Identifying areas of significant business impact and improvement opportunities by leading & supporting site VSM workshop. 15%

4. Lead and manage Lean and Six Sigma projects and other improvement initiatives. 15%

5. Train site employees use lean tools and methodology. 10%

6. Design and draw the layout with SLP method. 10%

7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 10%

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering

2. Working year: 3~5 years

3. Language: Fluent English

4. Other skills: Better to be skilled in using AutoCAD/Power BI
