Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to support marketing, advertising, exhibition, events and communication initiatives for the initiatives related to specific products and brands of Americhem in Asia. Maintain and increase the business of the responsible product through conducting market survey and analysis and designing appropriate marketing plans under limited supervision.
Lead or coach employees during a project or train/mentor new employees within functional disciplines.
Responsible for designing, creating and delivering online and social media marketing programs to support the growth of the company’s products and services. Must be proficient in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development for B2B business.

Main Responsibilities
61 Assist the marketing teams in the daily functions pertaining to marketing, advertising, and communication projects.
61 Work with organizers and agency of related industry exhibitions to execute and implement marketing activities as the exhibitor.
61 Develop and create detailed, professional sales tools/sales collateral using software, such as multi-page brochures, product guides, case study, postcards, invitations, tradeshow materials etc.
61 Assist sales team to do tech-talk on customer site or other conferences.
61 Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of WeChat platform and other social medias, including content updates, user interactions, event planning, etc., to increase fan numbers, activity levels, and loyalty.
61 Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, chemical major or related science background is preferred.
61 3+ years related working experience in marketing function in multinational company in related industry.
61 Emotionally stable and adept at seeking cooperation from colleagues.
61 Solid understanding the products performance and technical terms related to color masterbatch and engineering compounds.
61 Excellent coordination and communication skills.
61 Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral.
61 Good PC skills.
