室内设计师/ Interior Designer

1.参与项目前期策划、概念性设计，从室内设计角度提供专业性意见和建议;

Take part in preliminary planning, concept design; provide professional ideas and suggestions from interior design perspectives;

2.参与设计任务书的编制，依据公司要求和项目定位，负责对委托设计的各阶段设计成果进行审查、复审;

Take part in the establishment of the design specification; review each stage progress of the assignment design in terms of the requirements of company and projects;

3.负责与设计单位沟通、协调、进行楼盘结构、室内外效果等建筑设计和把握;

Communicate and coordinate with the design institution, design and complete the structures of premises and indoors/outdoors renderings;

4.完成与项目的图纸、技术的交接工作，对审查出来的技术问题及时与设计单位联系进行修改或变更;

Follow up the whole project process included project drawings and any technical issues, connect with the design institution to amend or modify technical problems promptly;

5.协助项目公司解决项目施工过程中遇到的技术难题或与设计要求不相符合的问题;

Assist to solve variety technical problems in the process of projects;

6.协助处理好与甲方之间的关系，保持良好的外部合作环境;

Remain good relations with clients to cooperation;

7.公司安排的其他工作。

Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.

任职要求Job Requirements

1.室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历;

Bachelors or above degree in Interior Design or related majors;

2.具有室内设计行业3年以上工作经验;

Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Interior Design;

3.熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作SU，CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件;

Proficiency in sketching, SU，AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;

4.较强的方案设计能力，理解能力强，具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能承受工作压力;

Strong design concepts, good understanding, excellent communication and people skills, can work under pressure;

5.英文听说流利者优先考虑。

Proficiency in English is preferable.
