职位描述
负责系统车间的管理，包括但不限于团队管理，系统项目的搭建、测试、调试、验收，生产计划的制作、持续改进、流程优化、成本控制、5S、工时统计、物料管理、安全生产。
Responsible for the management of the system workshop, including but not limited to team management, the establishment, testing, debugging, and acceptance of system projects, production planning, continuous improvement, process optimization, cost control, 5S, working hour reporting, material management, and safety production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责系统部所有项目的执行，并确保项目执行符合质量标准。
Responsible for all projects be executed within System Building Department, and ensure the execution of the projects to comply with quality standards.
2. 监控项目工程师按照项目计划执行，实现项目预计目标。
Monitor project engineers to execute the projects in accordance with project execution plan in order to realize the agreed upon project goals.
3. 沟通各个项目相关部门, 完善项目流程。
Communicate with all relevant departments, improve the project system and work flow.
4. 负责设计图纸的审核及配合其他专业验收工作。
In charge of the design drawings audit and coordinate with other professional inspection work.
5. 负责系统车间的管理、物料计划等相关工作。
In charge of management and material plan for System Workshop.
6. 管理系统部的日常运营，处理突发事件。
Manage the daily operation for System Building Department and handle emergencies.
7. 由管理人员分配的其他任务。
Other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 具有强烈的团队合作意识，优秀的团队建设管理能力。

High professional dedication and learning & innovation ability.
3. 良好的协调沟通能力与解决问题能力。

4. 熟悉运用 Microsoft Office、Solid Edge 等专业项目软件。
Be familiar with using professional software project, E.g. Microsoft Office, Solid Edge.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 真空、流体机械类专业，本科及以上学历。
University degree in relevant science (vacuum, fluid mechanical engineering).
2. 5 年以上真空行业产品技术/应用的技术背景，并具备丰富的项目管理经验。
Above 5 years for the technical background of vacuum industry such as product technology or application, and have rich experience in project management.
3. 流利的英语口语与读写能力。
Be fluent English, oral and writing and reading ability.
