PMC主管

1. Material Planning 物料计划

- Prepare and issue raw material, consumables and production tool plan;生产主物料，耗材，生产工具的需求计划的编制与下达;

2. Production Planning 生产计划

- Collect production demands from sales and SIOP forecast and Prepare production schedule ;收集预测销售需求和预测编制生产计划;

- Release production order and issue instructions in ERP; 负责生产订单下达和ERP执行;

3. Cross function coordinate跨部协调

- Support the global SIOP process. Coordinate with global team for schedule arrangements.与总部协调预测与计划，以满足需求；

- Monitor and control production progress and deadline management;监控生产进度和管理交期;

- Coordinate urgent orders, exceptions, and schedule adjustments; 协调紧急订单、异常订单和生产调整。;

- Coordinate the circulation and transfer of parts in process;协调物料的流转及转工序;

4. Leadership领导力

- Hold weekly, monthly meetings to share production schedule achievement and material supply condition. 主导生产计划达成和物料到货情况的周期性会议。

- Responsible for KPI report and other planning report. Include SA, OTD, scrap rate and loss rate. 负责计划达成率、准时交付率、报废率、损耗等指标的汇报;

- Lead the inventory plan, analyze material stock situations and optimize stock level setting, through that lean philosophy to gradually reduce slow moving and obsolete. 主导库存计划，分析库存和优化库存，降低呆滞物料；

5. Other Jobs其他工作

- Lead monthly/Quarterly/ yearly inventory counts;主导月度季度年度盘点;

- Complete other tasks assigned by higher level supervisors.完成上级领导交办的其他工作

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历

2. At least 5 year of work experience in PMC at least 1 year as supervisor 生产物料计划5年以上经验至少1年主管经验以上

3. Excellent/agile communication skills fast learner, able to work under pressure. 优秀的学习能力，抗压能力强

4. Good logic and data analysis capability 良好逻辑和数据分析能力

5. Fluent English in writing and Speaking 英语听说读写流利
