产品工艺/制程工程师

support to production process;

与车间合作去完成产品计划, 提供工艺技术支持。

- Compile the process instruction, work instruction, work flow chart etc;

编制工艺指导书，工作指导书，工艺流程等。

- Make and design fixture tools according to production requirement.

根据生产需要制作和设计工装夹具;

- Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as

production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to

determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.

通过分析劳动力的利用，优化车间布局,运作参数如生产成本，工艺流程表，

和生产计划，来决定工人和设备的合理有效的利用。

- Establish work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to

develop standard for labor utilization.

建立工作量测量程序，通过分析样件生产建立标准流程。

- Participate in the New Product Development process

参与新产品项目引进

- Familiar with MRP/SAP, define and input routing time and parts

management data.

熟悉MRP/SAP, 定义并输入流程标准时间和零部件的管理数据。

- Fulfill the target the supervisor established.

完成主管设定的目标任务。

知识及技能KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or industrial

engineering;

大学毕业或以上，机械专业;

- 2-5 years mechanical/electricity assembly work experience in industrial

production department, escalator manufacture is a plus ;

2-5年的工业产品的机械/电气组装工作经验; 扶梯行业优先。

- Ability of troubleshooting on job site;

能够现场解决问题能力;

- Skilled at MS office, Auto-CAD, Little Pro-E,SOLID WORKS;

熟练应用MS office, 绘图软件：Auto-CAD, 懂一点Pro-E or solid works;

语言Language:

- Chinese and Little English
