职位描述
61 Review and setting the MRP controller, Safety stock, Reorder Point and Lot size.
61 Check and process open purchasing requisitions.
61 Create purchase orders and adjust lot size if needed, submit for approval, and release to suppliers.
61 Follow up suppliers and update the delivery date.
61 Base on the production plan, monitor delivery status and take actions to pull in and push out.
61 Audit supplier invoices and manage supplier payments.
61 Better control inventory, review & disposal slow moving and dead stock.
61 Monitor supplier OTD and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to optimizing delivery performance.
61 Follow the quality report and arrange the defective parts return, rework and tracking credit memo.
61 Coordinate with internal functions and suppliers in relation to technology, quality, delivery, payment, etc.
61 Keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy.
61 Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor.
