61 Daily statistics on the output of the previous working day of KTL & Welding & MVS;

61 Cleaning up the backorder of SAP timely , meanwhile analyzing the root cause and rebalancing the subsequent production plan;

61 Programming KTL & Welding & MVS’s production plan and system input;

61 Weekly capacity data collection and evaluation;

61 Release the weekly production schedule and make forecast for the next week ;

61 Weekly and monthly production summarize analysis ;

61 Coordinate with shift leaders, production supervisors and material planning for all emergency case ;

61 Regular S & OP planning;

61 Material scanning and movement Traceability, Improvement project ;

61 Material PFEP & Flow optimization ;

61 Material Transportation optimization ;

61 Warehouse/Logistic area layout optimization;

61 Workshop Layout optimization supporting;

61 Leading Logistic CIS and ESS development activities;

61 Data analysis and supper market material calculation and arrangement: ABC parts analysis, SAP min max, inventory;
