Making sure EHS meet local gobernment and legal requirements

Pass environment and safety department audit

Set up EHS committee in Jinshan and Pinghu, and difine responsibility for each sub-committee

Work with the product coordinator, warehouse coordinator, installation engineer to ensour zero heavy accidents on site

Internal training and audi

Setup the EHS especially safety management system in China (Jinshan)

Conduct the hazardous analysis for the production, assembly, machine installation and creat the preventive safety action plan.

Coordinate to handle the possible accdents, accdient report and give lessons to all relevant persons

Safety and EHS training to all new and old employees

Conduct the regular safety/EHS audit and report to management

Ensoure factory meets all EHS and safety regulations of China

Work with headquarter to introduce the safety requirement into China

Other duties as assigned
