Accountable for all aspects of a project or subset of a large project, including planning, design, analysis, and decision-making. Providing consulting to engineers.

Job Responsibilities

Coach and support team members to increase skills significantly towards mechanical design, manufacturing process

Manage the activities and ensuring that the function achieves results according to agreed objectives.

PCR role for major NPD projects

Be responsible for major design changes, new product development and release

Be responsible for approval and release of drawings, design complicated compressor tests

Be responsible for design review results, FMEA and design qualification plans

Be responsible for presentation of project R&D results

Be responsible for UL or other agency listing of new models

Be responsible for Instructions or directions, and follow up of results

Be responsible for Engineering specification and documents, produce required engineering documents for manufacturing to build products to meet designed reliability requirements

Background & Skills

- 8-10 yrs with BS, 5-7 years with MS and 3-5 yrs with PHD

- Excellent communication skill

- Excellent organization skills

- Excellent capability to perform in a multi-task environment

- Good processing&Quality experience is a plus
