职位描述

Job description:
1. Customer Profile Management Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the Outdoor Sales team to manage customer profiles, including maintaining KYC (Know Your Customer) and CNPT codes in the CRM system.
Conduct regular checks and updates of the "Bill to Party" information in the LMS (Learning Management System or relevant internal system).
2. Rate Filling Quality & Efficiency:
Ensure high-quality and efficient rate filling by preparing clear instructions for the back-office team and monitoring accuracy and status.
3. Tender Preparation & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Assist in BCO / tender preparation, including RFI (Request for Information) / RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate cross-functional efforts for solution design and service implementation/execution, providing hyper-care support.
4. Customer performance tracking, actively and regular heads-up to outdoor sales on possible churn customers
Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and tracking the status of related actions.
Monitor and drive compliance with contracts and MQC (Minimum Quality Criteria) requirements, previously under the purview of Customer Service.
Lead the hyper-care customer onboarding process and take charge of internal handovers/applications, such as providing billing party and bank information to the Finance department.
5. Walk in customers, or those without Sales Owner, and New Customer Follow-Up
Deliver assigned sales volume under the "Others" category. (Note: Inside Sales will be assigned with volume targets as part of their KPIs)
Manage / follow-up customers without a designated sales owner and new walk-in customer via platforms like Pocket PIL.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with 3-4 years of experience in carrier or logistics sales support, customer services or related experience.
2. Experience in the Maritime Industry preferred.
3. Proficient in M365
4. Able to communicate in English (CET-4 or above.) and Mandarin, both verbal and written
5. Good Communicator: The staff will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders to detail to the tasks assigned.
6. Team Player: The staff must be a team player, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues to achieve collective success.
7. Customer-Focused: The staff should maintain a customer-focused mindset
