Sales Manager 销售经理

负责中国地区的销售开发和新客户和新业务的取得，完成或者超越销售预算

- Understand the market and Customer's needs and define the target customers. Collect and report relative market information and competition activities

了解相关市场和客户需求。负责选定目标客户。收集和报告相关市场信息和竞争对手的活动

- Participate in making and implementing the company sales marketing strategy and tactics

参与制定并执行公司销售战略和具体要求

- Acquire and respond customer RFQ, make the cost analysis and offer solutions to customers

努力取得和回复客户询价，负责成本分析和方案报价

- Br responsible for customer payment collection

负责客户货款的回收

- Organize or participate in sales marketing activities

组织或参加市场推广活动

- Other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements 职位要求:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering of electronics or mechanics

大学专科学历以上，专业为电子电气或机械工程

- At least 2-year experience at serving electronics/electrical OEMs

至少2年以上服务电子/电气设备制造商的工作经验

- Industrial printing or EMS background are preferred

具有工业印刷或者电子/电气组装行业背景者优先

- Excellent personal communication skill, proactive working and strong teamwork spirit

优秀的人际交往沟通能力。积极主动的工作方式和团队精神

- Good spoken and written English, Good computer skill and be familiar with CDR/AI files

良好的英语听说写能力。好的计算机能力和熟悉CDR/AI软件

- Available for frequent business travel in China
