1.Engineering/Technology windows to R&D and Operation.

2.Localize and optimize products.

3.Support other functional departments to achieve factory KPI.

协助其他职能部门完成工厂KPI。

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1.Engineering technology leader in NPI & NPD, understand and transfer product function, key characters, spec , BOM and drawings other departments.

在新品导入或者新品开发中，作为工程技术的主导者将产品的功能，关键特性，规范，BOM和图纸通透理解并传递到其他部门。

2.Join in the Sample assemble, testing.

指导并参与样品的组装和测试。

3.Make sure available Jigs and Gauges to assemble and test the sample.

确保有足够的治具和检具用于安装和测试样品。

4.Record issues on prototype building and feedback to R&D with professional improve suggestions.

记录样品安装中的问题，并带着专业的改善建议到前端研发部门。

5.Support R&D drawings update. Re-design and optimize transferred product.

协助研发团队更新图纸，设计和优化转移的产品。

6.Review and pre-set BOM structure refer to factory actual situation.

根据工厂端的实际状况评审和预设BOM结构。

7.Support procurement team set up available supply chain. Provide technical support for new supplier qualification, ongoing audit and quality issues

协助采购团队建立合理的供应链, 为新供应商的资质，持续的审核和质量问题提供技术支持。

8.Create new part number and drawings refer to new requirement.

根据实际的需求创建料号和图纸。

9.Follow up ECR&ECN after product launch.

在产品导入以后，追踪ECR&ECN。

10.Capability of drawing and design independently, timely solve the urgent problem of missing drawing or incorrect drawing in production progress.

独立的制图和设计能力，及时支持生产过程中缺少图纸和图纸错误导致的生产问题。

Qualification &Specificatio任职资格

1.Associate degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering related fields.

大专及以上学历，机械工程或机电类相关专业。

2.Minimum 5 years of production engineering and mechanical design experience, with thorough understanding of international drawing conventions and tolerances

至少5年生产工程学和机械设计相关经验，熟悉国际绘图公约和公差。

3.Proficient in SolidWorks, CAD and PDM ERP system

精通三维设计软件SolidWorks， CAD和PDM ERP 系统。

4.Good understanding of local manufacturing practices and capabilities, especially in sheet metal work, machining.

很好的理解本地生产制程和能力，特别是钣金加工，机械加工方面。

6.Proficient in localization and design improvement and quality evaluation method

精通项目国产化管控，设计改进及质量评价的方法

7.Strong communication skills, good English skills in reading and writing.

较强的沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力。

8.Ability to document and write independently and solve problems independently.

具备独立撰写文档和分析解决问题的能力。

9.Western equipment manufacturing WOFE or JV experience a strong plus.

有外商独资或合资企业工作经验优先考虑。
