负责DFM 翻译，技术要点审核，并发给国外同事或项目经理给客户确认。

负责模图评审安排，记入重要技术要点。

制定项目计划，每周项目跟进管理。 异常问题及时核对，与模具部一起提供改善方案建议，并汇报。

试模过程安排，用科学试模法对模具，注塑参数进行评估分析管理， 与模具部一起提供改善方案。

安排样板测量， 与品质部一起完成PPAP 文件制作和管理。同时，对有要求的汽车项目完成对应APQP 文件制作。

客户批准产品生产或通知走模，对模具进行验模和走模文件收集管理。

对已生产项目异常情况技术支持。

For the new part drawing provided by customers, analyze them together with the mold department from the aspect of mold feasibility and put forward improvement suggestions.

The project has received the PO, arrange for the mold department to design the DFM and assist them in identifying the drawings and the customer's English technical requirements.

Be responsible for DFM translation, review of technical key points, and send them to foreign colleagues or project manager for client confirmation.

Be responsible for the arrangement of mold drawing review and record it in the important technical points.

Create the project plans and weekly project follow-up management. Abnormal problems should be checked in a timely manner, and improvement plan suggestions should be provided together with the mold department and reported.

The mold trial process is arranged. The mold and injection molding parameters are evaluated, analyzed and managed using the scientific mold trial method, and improvement plans are provided together with the mold department.

Arrange sample measurements and complete the production and management of PPAP documents together with the Quality Department. Meanwhile, for automotive projects with requirements, complete the production of corresponding APQP files.

When the customer approves the production of the product or notifies the mold release, conduct mold inspection on the mold and collect and manage the mold release documents.

Technical support for abnormal situations in the already produced projects.
