3. Be responsible for SHE training, promotion and communication to improve employee’s awareness and competence of EHS; Establish and maintain SHE training plan and matrix.

4. Maintain and implement SHE system,- Work out annual working plan of ISO14001, 45001 (SHE management system).- Lead, arrange and organize internal audits.- Review all findings during internal & external audits and follow up corrective actions.- Be responsible for updating SHE legal requirements.- Be responsible internal auditors training and system awareness training, etc.- Be responsible for continuous improvement in SHE system.- Assist Management Representative to implement management review.

5. Update SHE procedures based on China regulations and allnex SHE standards.

6. Establish Occupational Health examination/monitoring; work with Medical Advisor to continuously improve occupational health management including chemical risk assessment, MERP, etc.

7. Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government.

8. Coordinate SHE suggestion program and other employee’s engagement initiatives.

9. Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by the manager.Education:

1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical relatedExperience:

1. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in SHE2. At least 3 year experience on site safety management. Lead assessor experience will be an advantage.

3. Knowledge in chemistry, safety and occupational health is preferred.

4. Familiar with manufacturing safety technology, chemical process is preferred
