1. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

2. Compliance Oversight: Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards.

3. Risk Management: Identification and Mitigation of Financial Risks, provide insights into the financial health of the organization through detailed financial analysis.

4. Oversee all audit and internal control operations.

5. Forecasting and Planning Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.

6. Analyze revenues, expenses, and monthly actual to ensure accuracy and perform variance analyses to ensure financial performance of the business.

7. Facilitate ad-hoc and cross-functional strategic and operational projects and execute on strategic projects independently and with Business leaders.

8. Create and build models and in-depth analyses to provide insights to key decision-makers in investment and operational strategies.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Proven track record as finance manager in an international manufacturing corporation in China, or related experience.

- 12+ years finance experience in a multinational company with reporting to foreign headquarters; 5+ years’ experience managing a team

- BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus

- CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus

- Consulting/ Financial Advisory background is a strong plus
