Hardgoods Merchandiser Manager (杂货采购经理)

* Develop, implement and follow up the strategic plan for the China purchasing.

* Work with implementing and developing merchandising in order to guarantee good quality, delivered on time.

* Work actively with evaluation and development of existing as well as new suppliers

* Supervise the development of the supplier database.

* Work with price and quotation management

* Monitor and control the budget

* Actively promote company’s China both to the Head-Office in General and the buyers in particular.

* Supervise the planning of buyer visits and assist them with negotiations when necessary.

* Work actively to develop company’s China both to be able to handle more orders within existing merchandising areas as well as developing business for “new “products.

* Work to develop and maintain the procedures for “code of conduct“ amongst all company’s suppliers

* Supervise the logistics

* Competence development of the staff in the team

Requirements:

* University degree preferably International trade. Additional courses taken in Business

* Experience in hard goods sourcing

* Extensive Experience from managing a purchasing team in China.

* Experience in Sourcing, Evaluating and developing new factories in China

* Experience from negotiations both with suppliers and buyers and extensive experience from following China orders.

* Experience from developing merchandising and quality control systems

* Experience from Logistic Control

* Ability to motivate and develop staff

* Good command of written and spoken English

* Good Communication skills

* Good presentation skills
