Sr Brand and Product Management

2，Have prior experience of leading projects and making project management decisions, with some latitude.

3，Have prior experience of completing complex tasks and projects which required independent initiative

4，Manage a high volume of Product submissions, in various stages of development and approval and ensure timely completion of required tasks at each stage of the Product development lifecycle.

5，Should have the knowledge of escalating operation process issues and identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

6，Operational management of assigned workload within the product development workflow, data integrity, systems, and training.

7，Review every submission and facilitate/traffic through the entire PD process.

8，Confirm accurate completion of each product submission.

9，Provide timely issue communication and escalation to BPM management and facilitate visibility to the status of submissions in process

任职资格:

1，Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration

2，12+ years of experience in compliance and product development preferred

3，Fluent in English. Knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantage ( Spanish. German, French, Italian and other European language skills)

4，Ability to maintain relationships with internal/external customers, establish critical external alliances, resolve conflicts effectively, listen and ask questions to ensure understanding

5，Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

6，Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
