Position Summary
The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing procurement operations to meet client needs, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and suppliers, and supporting all phases of the purchasing process in compliance with ExperBuy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
61 Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including purchasing, supplier coordination, order placement, and follow-up.
61 Understand client requirements and identify suitable suppliers.
61 Negotiate contract terms including price, quantity, lead time, quality, and payment conditions.
61 Prepare bids, issue and track purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery.
61 Resolve disputes efficiently and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
61 Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
61 Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading or procurement roles.
61 Strong knowledge of international trading and import-export procedures.
61 Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
61 Professional proficiency in English required.
61 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
61 Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both clients and suppliers.

61 全面管理采购流程,包括采购、供应商协调、下单及后续跟进。
61 理解客户需求,识别合适的供应商。
61 协商合同条款,包括价格、数量、交货期、质量及付款条件。
61 准备投标文件,发布并跟踪采购订单,确保准时交付。
61 高效处理纠纷,并及时向客户通报相关情况。
61 确保所有操作符合公司内部流程和标准。

61 国际商务或相关专业的本科学历。
61 至少3年贸易或采购相关工作经验。
61 熟悉国际贸易流程及进出口操作。
61 熟练使用MS Office(尤其是Excel),熟悉ERP系统者优先。
61 英语具备专业工作能力。
61 具备良好的组织能力、注重细节以及结果导向思维。
61 拥有优秀的谈判技巧和客户、供应商沟通能力。
