Shipping Specialist 船务专员

1.Training shipping clerk to improve shipping ability, assist supervisor to arrange daily operations.

培训文员提高专业能力，协助上级主管安排文员日常工作。

2.Update and amend the work procedure such as the booking procedure, ensure everyone understand the process.

更新和修订工作程序例如订车、订舱流程，确保人人理解流程。

3.Perform or organize some shipping related activity and reporting, such as shipping report, KPI report, on time delivery report etc.

执行或组织一些船务相关活动和报告，例如船务报告、KPI报告、准时交付报告等。

4.Check clerk daily work to ensure the shipment is accuracy.

检查文员每日工作，确保出货是准确的。

5.Check billing from forwarders

检查货代提供的帐单

6.Form A/E/F, COO application

负责货物产地证申请，例如Form A、E、F和FTA。

7.Abnormal case investigate and report.

出货异常事件调查和报告。

8.Prepare the training schedule for shipping clerk.

准备文员培训材料和计划。

9.To set up the expected goal and evaluate the working performance for the shipping clerk.

制定文员工作目标和评估工作业绩。

任职要求：

1.College

大专或以上文化程度。

2.Skillful in MS office application

熟练使用MS办公软件。

3.Good oral and writing in English

良好的英语口语和书面写作。

4.Careful; active; Willingness to learn.

工作认真仔细、积极主动、富有上进心。

5.One years working experience in shipping function

1年以上船务行业工作经验。

6.Communicate and cooperate well with the people in the internal team and the other internal department.

良好的沟通合作能力。

本岗位要求每季度末出货高峰期能接受2周左右夜班，有相关倒班津贴。
