What you’ll do
Drive the quality improvement of current models and reduce the deviation caused by manufacturing process as core member of QE, support and promote quality issue resolution, ensure product qualified delivery.
Lead the 2nd line problem solving, analyze the root cause and follow up ICA/PCA status.
Communicate and cooperate with different departments, coordinate and support to solve the issues from plant/after-markets led by QAL.
Support the implementation of ERA and release relevant temporary process inspection instructions (TPII), tools and methods to production.
Utilize related resources to promote quality improvement and indicators improvement both in plant and after-sales.
Jointly evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions with R&D and supplier management teams for 2nd line issues.
Support 1st line issue analysis and give relevant professional opinions when competence needed.
Participate in Kick-off meeting& Pre-meeting.
Accomplish other tasks appointed by leaders.
What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree or above, related engineering majors preferred (Based on function requirements).
More than 3 years of quality-related experience in vehicle manufacturing is preferred.
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Above or equal 3 years manufacturing related experience.
Knowledge in the automotive industry and related fields, Such as: QS, QC tools, PDCA.
6 sigma black belt or participating in equivalent training is preferred.
High analytical and problem-solving ability.
Able to work efficiently under high pressure.
