职位描述

该岗位将负责产品和原材料的供应商开发，负责产品和原材料本地化和备份等项目的可行性评估和实施，负责特殊及异常采购订单的跟踪和协调，完成部门各类报表，收集供应商及相应产品的文件报告，安排及跟踪样品，负责部门行政工作。

This position will be responsible for the development of suppliers of products and raw materials, responsible for the feasibility assessment and implementation of product and raw material localization and backup projects, be in charge of tracking and coordinating the special or unusual orders, complete department reports, collect product files or reports, arrange follow-up samples, and be responsible for departmental administrative work.

1、负责产品和原材料的供应商开发，并负责相应的成本分析、报价、样品确认、供应商资质文件评估、新供应商资质确认等工作；

Responsible for the development of suppliers of products and raw materials, and responsible for the corresponding cost analysis, quotation, sample confirmation, supplier qualification2.

2、负责产品和原材料本地化和备份等项目的可行性评估和实施，包含供应风险、成本分析、项目实施和导入等；

Responsible for the feasibility assessment and implementation of product and raw material localization and backup projects, including supply risk, cost analysis, project implementation and import;

3、负责特殊及异常采购订单的跟进与协调；

Responsible for tracking and coordinating the special or unusual orders, including new projects, engineering change projects, unusual orders of price or MOQ or lead time, etc. ;

4、负责部门的报表及相应的数据分析，包括产品的基础数据信息、周报、月报、年报等，以及报表的数据分析工作；

Responsible for department reports and corresponding data analysis, including basic data information, weekly, monthly, annual reports, and the data analysis of reports. ;

5、负责收集产品的相关信息及产品的各类验证文件，做好表单申请及存档工作；

Responsible for collecting relevant information of products and all kinds of validation documents of products, and do a good job in application and archiving of forms. ;

6、安排和跟踪客户和供应商的样品邮递工作，保证样品及时到达客户手中；

Arrange to follow up the sample delivery work of customers and suppliers to ensure that the samples reach the customers in time. ;

7、负责部门的行政工作；

Responsible for the departmental administrative work, including apply office supplies, etc. ;

8、完成上级主管安排的临时性工作。

Complete the temporary work.

任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历，生物类、工程类、化学类、机电类等理工专业优先；

Minimum Bachelor degree，priority with a major in project, biology, mechanology or electronics or equivalent. ;

2、 1年以上采购工作经验, 医疗器械或电子领域优先；

1+ years’ experience in sourcing position, priority in Medical Device or electronics fields. ;

3、较强的数据分析能力和Excel报表制作技能；

Strong analytical skill on the data and excel skill. ;

4、较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力；

Strong logic ideation and Language expression ability and organization skill. ;

5、良好的中英文表达能力和沟通能力.

Be good at both Chinese & English language and Strong communication skill.
