- 40%-Engineering project management including mew product development, onboarding testing, product change management, product requirement development, and test protocol review, 3rd party testing project and service provider management.

- 20% Support business review activities such as PLR, BR by providing direction to suppliers regarding product requirements, customer feedback, VOC collecting, analyze and convert to CTQ, and generic testing and training in THD onboarding processes.

- 20%-Complete resolution of product performance concerns, provide general product Engineering guidance and knowledge or evaluations as required to deliver short term business goals

- 20%-Conduct financial and value-based calculations, summarize the findings for the business in presentation quality format and communicate findings to key stakeholders

- Willing to travel overnight between cities, 20% might be on traveling.

- Capable of build new product quality structure, understand design for value and flexible to expand responsibility to more categories

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES

- 3~5 years working experience in Electrical or AIOT related industry, and/or smart electrical products; product engineering, quality or manufacturing related. With 2+ years’ experience in project management is preferred

- Understanding of product costing and DFMEA, Bills of Materials

- Proven ability to execute and deliver on time.

- Experience working with OEM suppliers through the product development cycle, like NPD, NPI

- Good project management experience

- Good communication skills – English Oral / Written

Functional Competencies

- Strong expertise in electrical-related products, with knowledge in Electrical technology areas

- Background in Electrical Engineering Technology or AIOT

- Proficiency in new product development and problem-solving, skilled in NPDP, FMEA, APQP etc.

- Experience in manufacturing, including design for reduced Manufacturing and Assembly costs, is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
