Automotive & Industrial Logistics.Drive strategic growth in the automotive and adjacent industrial sectors by securing new clients, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Schnellecke as the preferred logistics partner for exporters, domestic OEMs, and industrial manufacturers in China.
1. Business Growth & Strategy
1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Chinese OEMs (e.g., BYD, Geely, NIO, Xpeng), EV startups, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial machinery/robotics manufacturers.
2) Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, RFQ management, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
3) Develop tailored value propositions for exporting logistics, warehousing, and export solutions, with emphasis on automotive and industrial segments (machinery, robotics).
2. Market Expertise
1) Leverage automotive industry connections to unlock high-value opportunities in EV/KD logistics and industrial supply chains.
2) Monitor trends in China’s automotive and industrial export clusters (e.g., East China, Yangtze River Delta) and regulatory shifts (e.g., tariffs, NEV policies).
3) Benchmark competitors (e.g., Anji Logistics, ZhaoChi) to differentiate Schnellecke’s offerings.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
1) Build and maintain C-level relationships with automotive clients, industrial machinery, and industry partners.
2) Collaborate with operations/IT teams to design digitalized/automated solutions for complex supply chains.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
1) Align with global teams to leverage Schnellecke’s network for international logistics hubs and export services.
2) Contribute to market-entry strategies in automotive and industrial sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
1) 5+ years in business development/sales within automotive logistics, 3PL, or OEM/industrial supply chains.
2) Proven track record of winning contracts with Chinese automakers, global OEMs, or industrial machinery/robotics firms.
3) Industry connections with automotive and industrial sectors, including EV and traditional OEMs
Skills:
1）Fluent in English and Mandarin; German a plus.
2）Financial acumen (pricing models, P&L impact).
