Job Description
service engineer's main task is to provide efficient technical support and necessary on-site services for dealers and customers; Through efficient service to improve brand value and gain market recognition, it is conducive to our business expansion and development.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions主要职责
Perform product installation and maintenance on customer site, act professionally at site to achieve full customer satisfaction
在客户现场执行指导产品安装调试和维护，为现场提供专业技术指导，以提高客户满意度
Fulfil the task of service function in site on schedule
按时完成现场服务任务
Provide technical consultation, call feedback and training service to customers
为客户提供技术咨询、电话反馈和培训服务
Follow up open cases until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation
跟进未解决案例直至完成，并发布技术服务报告，作为适当的项目支持文件
Self-dependent scheduling of service visits and efficient performance of service visits (installation, commissioning, and acceptance test with protocol) on customer request or customer service manager order
根据客户要求或服务经理的目标，自主安排服务计划和高效执行服务任务（安装、调试和协议验收测试）
Perform trainings for operators, technician and maintenance staff
对客户操作员、技术人员和维护人员进行培训
Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips
能够适应较频繁的短期出差
Assist parts promotion and sales
协助零配件的市场推广和销售
Other Non-Essential Functions其它要求
Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Background and Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical automation, instrument automation, electromechanical, automatic control (more than 5 years)
电气自动化、仪表自动化、机电自动化、自动控制学士学位（5年以上）
Working experience with electrical/ electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic system, Sewage plant and water plant equipment service is preferred
有电气/电子、机械和液压系统、污水处理厂和水厂设备服务经验者优先
Familiar with central control protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet，Familiar with Siemens PLC is better
熟悉中央控制协议，如Modbus和以太网，熟悉西门子PLC的更佳
Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel to customer sites
具有足够的移动性和灵活性，可随时出差前往客户现场
Good knowledge /skills in MS Office / Able to read wiring diagrams、 understand assembling and layout drawings.
具有良好的MS Office知识/技能/能够阅读电路图、理解组装和布局图
Good reading and writing English, Ability to read and translate English documents and manuals
良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和翻译英文文件和手册
To be honest and responsible, good teamwork spirit, work seriously, good oral expression ability and written reporting ability, be able to work under pressure
诚实负责，良好的团队合作精神，工作认真，良好的口头表达能力和书面报告能力，能够承受工作压力
